Loved that I could have free tea and coffee during the reception's opening hours, and the free use of bicycles was a nice touch. The hotel also offered a hair salon, so I could pamper myself while on vacation.

Who needs an airport nearby when you can have a hairdresser's at the property?

Staff attitude was great. Location was good too

Reception is closed at night, toilet too small, more like a b&b...

i only liked its closeness to the fair of Hannover

This hotel is an excellent choice for a budget stay. The prices are very reasonable, considering the value you get. The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the candy in the bed upon arrival. The location is convenient, with a restaurant just across the street and a shopping center nearby. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. The rooms are well-equipped, with enough beds for a family of four, making it a great choice for travelers with children. Finally, the breakfast is delicious, except for the disappointing coffee machine.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect.

We traveled by car in a group of 3 men (2 of 27 years old + my father of 47 years old) and booked an overnight in a triple room. In our room there was a cigarette smell and immediately we got an apartment that was bigger and more expensive. Fairly the hotel didn't charge us any additional money for that. Reception staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is really cosy and nicely decorated. Our room offered us everything we needed for the short stay. The breakfast was rich and served in a nice breakfast area. 3 mins walk from the hotel there is a big shopping center with a wide selection of shops, cafes and a big food store. The hotel offers a big parking spot free of charge.

The location may be inconvenient for those travelling without a car.

The area where the hotel is situated is in a rather boring suburb of Hannover. The hotel itself is with no charm at all. Breakfast is rather disappointing. But of course the rate we got on our room was also quiet cheap. I am not sure if I would recommend this hotel, which is more like a b&b type of accommodation. If you are passing though this region and you just want to have a place to sleep and don´t require that much of your breakfast, then this hotel would suit you well.

The hotel's staff was friendly, and they greeted us with a smile. the location was suitable, near shops and a great Italian restaurant. we were given free and safe parking, which was a relief, especially in a crowded city. the room was comfortable but basic, and most of all, it was spotless. We were content with the cleanliness of the place, and it looked well-maintained.

There were no tea/coffee facilities, nor a fridge in the room, which was a letdown. If we wanted hot drinks, we needed to go down to the reception area, which was inconvenient.

Conveniently located close to the Messe center and Expo center. Found lovely pizza place beneath the hotel. Safe parking facility and easy to reach location. Cleanliness was noteworthy as this hotel was clean and well-maintained.

In the morning, guests can enjoy a decent breakfast before starting their day. There is also free and safe parking available for those who travel by car.
